Kevin Crawley
Educated at the Canterbury College of Art and Architecture where he co-edited a book on Kent Weldan houses. Completing his Master Degree at Queens University School of Architecture in Belfast, he won a student competition for the design of a Hotel in a sensitive heritage district in Dublin in his final year.
After several years of working as a Project Architect in both Bermuda and Belfast where his last project won a Civic Architectural award, Kevin moved to France in 1989 to head the French offices of an international UK based Project Management Company prior to founding Team Design in 1996. The main objective of forming this practice is to enhance private demand for architectural quality through designs for contemporary lifestyles. Kevin was quickly asked to undertake consultancy work with the CAUE (Conseil d’Architecture, Urbanisme &Environement) as Consultant Architect advising Mayors of several towns and villages around the Haute Savoie on planning issues and continues to work to this day on town and rural planning studies for the public administrations.
